1. Order Cancellation by Customer
You can request cancellation of your order under the following conditions:
a) Before the Order is Shipped
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- If the order has not been packed/shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
b) After the Order is Shipped
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- You may refuse delivery at the time of arrival, and the item will be returned to us automatically. In such cases, shipping/handling charges may be deducted from your refund.
2. Cancellation by Coolshop24
We may cancel an order under rare situations such as:
- Product out of stock or unavailable
- Payment not received or payment verification failure
- Incorrect address or incomplete contact details
- Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
- Technical errors or pricing mistakes
In such cases, we will notify you and process a full refund.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refund method will match your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, net banking, etc.).
- If refund is delayed due to bank processing time, we will assist you with reference IDs.
4. Non-Cancellable Products
Some items cannot be cancelled once ordered:
- Products sold under special offer/Flash sale
- Items marked Non-Returnable
- Customized or special-order products
